Affordable Housing means units are rented at 30% below median market rent.
Phase 1 of the Soaring Hearts Project consists of 14 three-bedroom Affordable Housing units for Blackfoot women with children. These units started renting November 2023.
Phase 1 of the Soaring Hearts Project consists of 16 two-bedroom Affordable Housing units for Blackfoot women with or without children. Phase 2 will be completed in the Fall 2025.
